The official schedule of New Zealand Fashion Week 2010 will be available on this website early September.
Registration – Important Information:
Registration is subject to a $40 administration fee and is also subject to accreditation which will be confirmed in writing to you, by email, within 4 business days of your registration acknowledgement.
Registration includes:
- Preferential seating to Group Shows if registered by Thursday 2nd September 2010. Beyond that date seating at Group Shows will be by general admission. (Please read all registration sections below, carefully)
- Name and profile put forward to designers for consideration of seating allocations to their own individual shows. If registering after 2nd September we strongly suggest you contact designers directly to ensure they are aware of your desire to attend their show.
- Entry to the Exhibition Hall
- Official Delegate bag
- Official Guide Book – a directory of designers, exhibitors and other useful information for the week
- Exclusive opportunities to network
- The opportunity to see the best of what New Zealand has to offer in one location within one week
- Access to new resources - see what the new generation of New Zealand designers has on offer now and discover who to watch for the future.
Register early to secure preferential seating
Seating at the shows is limited and, in the case of private “Individual” shows, is by invitation only.
- A list profiling all delegates registered as at 2nd September will be sent to our Designers on that date from which designers will begin their invitation and seating lists
- Registrations received after 2nd September and up to 10th September will be sent as updates to the Designers but seating is not guaranteed - From 2nd September we strongly recommend you contact Designers directly to request seating
- General Admission will be allocated to Group Shows after 2nd September.
Your Professional Profile
To ensure your registration is processed and accredited promptly, please accurately complete all aspects of the online registration form with specific emphasis on the profile section.
Registration Confirmation
- Acknowledgement of Registration: When you register online you will receive an acknowledgment of registration email immediately – this is only an acknowledgement and does not quantify accreditation/confirmation. NB: Spam filters on your email can sometimes wrongly detect Fashion Week email as spam. If you do not receive your acknowledgement email, please check your “Junk”, “Spam”, or “Bulk” email folders.
- Confirmation of Registration: On receipt of your registration request, we will check credentials and - within 4 business days, once accredited to attend - we will send you a registration confirmation letter by email. In rare instances registration is not accredited and a decline letter may be sent.
- Special Privileges: Confirmation will include special link details to enable you to take advantage of Westin Auckland’s exclusive NZFW delegate accommodation rates, as well as contact details to secure a taxi pick-up at the airport at a very special fixed price.
- Changes to Registration: In your Confirmation Letter you will be allocated a unique password which will enable you to review and update your registration information up until 2nd September 2010.
Collecting your Registration Material
Your delegate ID swing pass, personalised itinerary and delegate bag must, where possible, be collected from the registration desk on Monday afternoon 20th September, between 1pm and 4pm. If you are unable to collect at this time then please check-in from 9.30am on Tuesday 21st September. Be sure to check the show schedule for timing of the first show on Tuesday - the schedule will be available early September on our Website.

General Information
At the Event Your event registration material, including your ID Swing Pass, personalized itinerary and satchel will be available for collection on Monday 20th September between 1pm and 4pm. Delegates absolutely unable to make this time should check-in at the registration desk from 9.30am on Tuesday 21st September – the official show schedule will be available on this website early September. More information will be available to Delegates once registration has been confirmed to them.
Cancellation Policy Should you need to cancel your registration, you may reassign your registration to another person (subject to accreditation).
ID Swing Pass and Personalised Itinerary When you complete your registration upon arrival at New Zealand Fashion Week, you will be issued with a swing pass. We ask that you wear your swing pass at all times, including social events. You will only gain entry to your assigned shows upon production of your swing pass. Details of your personalized itinerary and show entry will be inserted behind your swing pass. Entry to other social events will be subject to specific tickets.
Parking Parking during the event is available at the Eastern Viaduct and Downtown Car Parks, as well as the public car parks in Sturdee Street and Packenham Street
